Historic Canterbury

We are very fortunate to be located in Canterbury in the South East of England. This beautiful, ancient city is one of the jewels in the county of Kent’s crown. With 3 universities and numerous arts festivals and theatres, Canterbury has a vibrant and creative atmosphere and yet manages to remain a small, friendly and safe community.

How to find us - Travel guidance to Canterbury

Travel by air:

Direct flights from all over the world arrive in London’s major airports. Kent College is within 90 minutes of Gatwick, Heathrow and City of London airports, while London Stansted airport is around 100 minutes.

Travel by train:

London St Pancras is 57 minutes by direct fast train to Canterbury West station.

London Victoria is around 80 minutes to both Canterbury East and West.

Both train stations are a short (5 minute) taxi ride to Kent College.

The Eurostar train from Brussels or Paris to Ashford International Station is around 2 hours. Trains from Ashford International to Canterbury take 15 minutes.

Travel by car:

From London follow the M2/A2, or M25 to the M2 turn-off. From the Channel Tunnel follow signs to Canterbury on the A20/A260. From Dover (ferry) follow the A2. Satnav postcode: CT2 9DT
